+ adding or removing moderator rights

The meeting host or a moderator can assign moderator status.

Find the participant you wish to assign or revoke moderator moderator status from. Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the participant's avatar. Click on the Moderator radio button to assign moderator status. Click on the Default radio button to revoke it. Or choose Custom, to then check custom rights you wish to assign.
