With event planning, setup banners to restrict access to your meeting.
Access event planning by clicking then .
Schedule your meeting by selecting . Click the date to open the calendar then select the day for your meeting. Enter the time of your event by typing in the hour and minutes or by selecting the time from the drop down menu. Make sure to verify your AM/PM selection.
Participants that try to access your meeting before the scheduled time will see the following banner.
Password protect your meeting by selecting then enter in your password. Participants are then prompted to enter a password before joining your meeting.
is selected by default when entering a new room. This enables your participants to sign-in with any of the selected options in order to be easily identified in the chat and participant list. If you want your participants to be able to enter anonymously then deselect this option.
When login forced event is selected, login to chat in chat permissions is disabled.

Customize your banner by uploading a background banner image. Click to initiate your computer browser window and select your image.
