After creating a course, access the course to edit the course basic information and add or remove users from the course.

_upload a Course Avatar

The course avatar is the image students and instructors see associated with the course in the course directory.

  1. Select  to view your list of courses
  2. Select the course name from the course list
  3. Click 
  4. Choose an image from your computer browser window

*Note that the exact dimensions of the avatar are 256px x 144px.

*You do not need to click  to save the uploaded image.

_add users to course

  1. Select  to view your list of courses
  2. Select the course name from the course list
  3. From Available Users check the checkbox corresponding with the users that belong in the course.
  4. Click 
  5. Click 

_set instructors for a course

The default role of a user added to a course is a student. To add students to a course you do not need to edit their role.

  1. Select  to view your list of courses
  2. Select the course name from the course list
  3. From User's Courses, select 
  4. Select Instructor 
  5. Click 

_remove users from a course

Users removed from a course are no longer able to access the course from their course directories.

  1. Select  to view your list of courses
  2. Select the course name from the course list
  3. In Course Users, check the checkbox corresponding to the user you want to remove from the course.
  4. Click 
  5. Click 

_delete a course

Deleting a course removes the course from your course list and from your users' course directories.

  1. Select  to view your list of courses
  2. Select the course name from the course list
  3. Click 
  4. Click  from the delete course confirmation window
