Trying To Contact Support?

The Newrow Team is here to help. If you cannot find the answers you are looking for, then there are a few ways to get in touch with us.

Contact Support Within Your Virtual Classroom

If you are having technical issues during your live session, the best way to contact support is to use the Contact Support accessed within Settings.

  1. Select the Settings Gear (the same one you use to manage your devices)
  2. Click Contact Support in the Settings pop-up
  3. Fill in the quick Contact Support form
    1. Select the checkboxes that apply
    2. Enter in a custom message with as much detail as possible describing the issue you are experiencing and who is experiencing it. This helps!
    3. Leave Send logs checked. Logs enable us to understand the issue effectively. Choosing not to send the logs will partially inhibit our ability to offer prompt technical support.
  4. Click the Send button

After clicking Send you will see a confirmation message and a support ticket is automatically created for you in our support ticketing system.


Email the Newrow Support team at

Emailing Newrow Support automatically generates a support ticket for you in our support ticketing system.

A Newrow Support team member will reply within 24hrs - typically much quicker.
