[UPDATED] Invite People To Join Your Session

Just copy the link to your Newrow Smart session and send it via email, calendar invite, or messaging app.

The easiest way to invite people to join your live session, is to simply copy the link to your Newrow Smart session and send out invites.

Invite People To Join Your Session

  1. Once within your Newrow Smart session, click Invite
  2. Click Copy corresponding to Direct Link To Invite Participants
  3. Paste the link in an email to send it directly to your participants

The link to your Newrow Smart virtual classroom does not change.

Invite By Email

You can easily invite your guest participants with Invite By Email using either Gmail or your default email service.

  1. Click Invite within your virtual classroom
  2. Under Invite By Email, select Gmail. This launches your Gmail compose screen with message text already included. You can customize your message as needed.
  3. Add your recipients and click Send


Default Email

Selecting Default Email launches your computer's preferred email client.

If you use PC, then this is typically Outlook.

If you use Mac, then this is will launch Mail.

  1. Click Invite within your virtual classroom
  2. Under Invite By Email, select Default Email. This launches your computer's default email service compose screen with message text already included. You can customize your message as needed.
  3. Add your recipients and click Send
